Although the goods are donated at no cost to us, we have to package them up and ship them to our program offices in Eastern Europe. We ship via large sea containers to maximize the value, but the logistics expenses can delay shipments, or even force us to decline offers of valuable donated goods - your support towards shipping can ensure we get the supplies and food to families as soon as possible, ultimately saving storage and other expenses.
